Auto Blacklisting Mobs on Evasion + not lootable or fightable mobs , doesnt work?

hi guys, wanted to know why blacklisting doesnt work right now , do i need a plugin?

for exaple a mob evading doesnt get blacklisted it says it tho, but just spams it in the hb log, or when i did a quest in jadeforest when looting those pearlfin village fishpeople for a quest, ingame it said i dont have permission to loot that corpse but he tried to loot it like over 100 times. and doesnt blacklist it. so im wondering what i can do?

hmm well singular then...-.- is there any other hb routine?

btw i also just noticed that my warlock targets birds, but doesnt attack them in valley of the four winds ( im using cavas profile for valley with loot ) config seems right.
