so i am now having issues i moved from fishing in ironforge for old ironjaw once i got him to trying to get the turtle in crystalsong and any where else my guy does not seem to fish instead he gets on his mount and runs around all over the place not once fishing. anyidea why it doesnt matter what profile i use i tryed dalaran fishing and crystalsong he just runs around never fishing???? any idea wahy my log from this morning till just now is attached.

he is just running up and down the river in crystalsong kinda annoying actually, is it just suppose to look for schools of fish???
 
Xanathos , most of those lines are just warnings about a future api change, it's not as bad as you might think.
Rest will be fixed soon. No worries.

Problem was, at least when I was trying it, it wouldn't compile the addon so it was effectively "broke" as far as end users were concerned.

Looks like the latest version fixes everything so far. =)

A warning is just like a hint where the code might be improved , is not perfect, or when an api function will change soon.
What makes problems are in this case the could not compile errors ;)

I will bow to your use of semantics as it is fitting for a plugin for this quality and use. =)
 
in order to use the crystalsong pools profile do i need to have the fish finder ability, since you can only get the turtle from pools how do i find them with out it or how does the bot fish for it, from those who have got it any help?
 
k was curious as he just walks by the pools never sees them like hes not close enough to see them

looks like you're using the dalaran profile.. it's trying to path to the fountain in dalaran and failing since theres no path available from crystalsong forest. Also it will only look for pools if there's more then one hotspot and no MaximumHotspotTime tag in Profile. Load this profile CrystalsongForest Pools.xml

Im trying this part "Flying is disabled in HB version 1.9.5.1+ , Left AutoAngler9005.5.cs available for download for anyone who wants flying support. needs hb version 1.9.5.0"

1.9.5.0 crashes instantly on login for me.

No error message it just shut-downs.

anything in the log file that would suggest why?
 
Will "Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza" ever be added? It would be nice if we had that profile.

Shouldn't be too hard to map the hotspots and pools, have a go yourself. I usually fish only a certain number of pools, not all of them. If the questing profile stays stable i might do one.

mine does the same thing.
I suspect it has been "disabled" by the powers that be, to block this from working.

Even a 100% fresh installation doesn't fix it. I have no issues with the current release.
