authorization problems

Authentication failed!

keeps popping up everytime i try and start the bot up
 
this gb and hb isn't working either i got the lifetime thing i think i am gonna have my rl buddy do it for me and show me how so i can stop pestering you guys XD i have went thru wiki and their is nothing to help with it either
 
If you have a different account/password for you Shop user than your Forum user you have to use the SHOP User info.
 
ya i know i have tried both i have no idea what the issue could be hopfully i can find out tom. i am tired as hell now .
 
yes and it shows the invoice as paid
and i can get to the screen with welcome and path then also when i go to upload a path it just says bad in caps

You have to choose the .xml to upload, and also put a name for the file for when it is uploaded. like TwiliteHerbing in the name box, so when you go to use it in GB it'll show up.
 
so your acc is ok if you want to see the path word

use the same info for the bot
 
well i am back at the authentication thing again =/ saying the same stuff as before
and it can't even connect to servers to send error reports either..

do you have any symbols or non english letters on your pass?
 
Tony what port does GB use? If you can't say just pm him and have him check firewalls/routers for blockings on that.

Yeah, if he went to sleep he'll see this later, but check your firewall/router to see if it is allowing the Buddy software to get through. Other than that it'd probably take Remote Desktop to get it working, and I'm not qualified for that. Tony is ur guy.
