How long ago did you register for it?

Did this just start or has it been happening?
Sometimes you just need to wait a few minutes because the server hiccups, it happened to me the other day

See if you can login here: http://auth.gatherbuddy.com/

Make sure you are using your SHOP username/password.

Check Settings.xml and make sure the correct username/password is in place. I never change mine and will occasionally get an auth failed, just retype it and it should work.
