Authentication failed

Hey, i got a problem with HB. I had 3 Sessions in use. Suddenly they all shut down. I tried to restart WoW and HB but got a problem, all of my keys got this message: authentication failed... After deleting and redownloading HB, the problem was still there. So what could it be?

Log into buddyauth and be sure all of your sessions are killed.
Also be sure that port 5031 is open on your router.
