Authentification failed! You have used all your honorbuddy sessions! HELP

I was going to use instance buddy and it told me a newer version existed and if i wanted to download it, but i closed my wow and honorbuddy closed as well automatically. When i tried to log in again it told me I have used all my honor buddy sessions and it does no let me log in. Help.

is there a ghost honorbuddy.exe in the taskmgr?

have you tried restarting your computer and waiting a few minutes
