Authentications failed

Every tiem i try to log in the first 5 times it says authentiifcation failed, and i then get max sessions, then i wait till the next day then it works whats the go with that, any ideas, im sick of it always failign authentification

follow the link, logon with your account details, klick on session and kill all active sessions, restart HB

there is no active sessions, hmm, can passwords be faulty for HB

oh my god, again this morning checked it, authentification failed, i check the link i had no sessiosn running,

are there GM's for these forums tat can help with these matters?
