Authentication Result (unset) - please kill active sessions

Hi,

I am getting the following error on 2 license keys. One key has not even been activated yet. I log into the auth portal and show my two keys, but no active sessions. Please help.

[14:49:56] Please log in to BuddyAuth and kill your active session.

i emailed you guys providing my key and new key was provided. However, I am still getting the same error.
