Authentication problems...New to this

I just bought and downloaded Honorbuddy, and got my authentication with buddy auth. but now i cant log into buddyauth says i dont exist. and my honor buddy doesnt work and i dont know what to do..help please

to log into honorbuddy (the program) you need to use your key as your username with no password. you should of gotten the key in your e-mail and it will look something like this.

Found it! thanks. now how do i get profiles to run in HB? it says to click the load profile button but its greyed out even when logged in,


--UPDATE-- I just reinstalled my computer because i wasnt able to run any of my programs for some reason. so i redownloaded HB, and now its telling me there is a .NET framework initialization error. says i need to install the following versions of framework

v4.0.30319

of .NET framework.
