Authentication issues

Hi, I havent played WOW for a few months and just getting back into it, so I downloaded the new Honorbuddy but was unable to log into the program:

Logging in...
Buddy Sessions: 0/0
-----
Shared Sessions: 0/0
Invalid Account Details
Authentication Failed!

I have looked at the get set up guide but have no idea what my key was, any help would be greatly appreciated!

P.S I was also a lifetime subscriber if that makes any difference

I have the same issue, emailed the support a couple hours ago, not sure if ill hear back directly or just wait it out (I don't have my own thread)

aaron, i went through a password change on the buddyshop, i must of had a different password than the forum
