UPDATE: just tried the website again to see if it would load. IT DID!

No idea why or what happened. Wish I knew so I could give proper diagnostics, but anyhow..

sorry for the trouble. this was caused by an error being generated by our geo ip database since your ISP started using a new set of IP subnets.
