authentication failed

hello, first time poster so prolly doing this wrong but..i bought a 3 key pass, got my key, got it set up on buddy auth, but when i put the key into HB it just keeps saying authentication failed

sorry for bothering u guys, my piece of s**t bullguard firewall decided it didnt like u, turned it off and its working like a charm
