Authentication Failed

Hey guys, I for the past 2 days I haven't been able to log into Honorbuddy Got in a few times but then it would crash minutes later. I keep getting Authentication failed and Im one of the old customers so i have permanent access to HB :/

I can't say for sure that it's whats happening, but it is a possibility.
I dont have access to key information.
