Yer im getting the same issue i think there servers crashed ive it time guys they fix it nothing in the world goes smooth as we all want it to these guys are just normal guys like us hey if not for them you'll be doing this shit alone so sit back do some farming or questing by hand let your hand do something ease for a change instead on of your 2" worm for once.

i have the same problem. i payed for it and now i cant use the bot. :(
 
Oh I don't know if you guys all realized by the first few posts but I don't think HB is working!

HB Servers are experiencing problems, they posted a thread that said they will be fixed by the end of Monday.

in weekends they spend the money we payed for the service that is not working :D
 
In defense of the devs.... ive been using this bot fora few years now with multiple accounts and it has only improved over that duration and I seriously cant flaw it. I took a break for a while and then came back to these troubles. Its not all the time its been maybe 4-5 few hour spots over the last fortnight since ive been back.

Shit happens. Almost everyone and their dog bots now and as a result the auth servers are being overloaded not to mention mop has brought old users back etc.

The funny thing is those whinging make no effort to contribute or even try they have like 2 posts and I can bet some of them are just sharing keys. They only come to the forum to whinge when the devs know its happening and are working to fix it.

Do you really think they want a bad rep? and want customers to unsub? the reality of it is that theyre probably trying to figure out whats wrong but being a weekend and the rest of it theres a lack of devs about as bossland has already said making it hard to fix the issues.

If they could have a flawless bot im sure they would. They have also already said numerous times that they are upgrading things to handle the additional loads

Personally I do find it frustrating that the bots down but at the same time I understand and know that flooding the forums with threads is pointless. I made a comment saying its down in this thread previously but not whinging on like some users.

Your all going on about pirox bot and whatnot but they had issues time to time to as did most other bots when they were about.
 
Ok, I have dealt with the beta stuff and all the BS that was associated with running HB. This time it really makes me mad. If you are making money and have a base of people 1,000+ who paid $30 a month, then you can afford to have a junior level admin sitting at your datacenter pressing a fucking power button to relieve these server issues. I am a server admin myself and work for a fortune 500 company and I have NEVER came across a program who had this many issues with this much down time. If a program went down for this long, we would lose millions of dollars. You (Bosslands) should be thinking the same thing. Move your shit to the cloud so it can be easily accessible or learn how to fix the damn issues on the weekend. We are paying customers and we deserve at least that much.
