Ok, I have dealt with the beta stuff and all the BS that was associated with running HB. This time it really makes me mad. If you are making money and have a base of people 1,000+ who paid $30 a month, then you can afford to have a junior level admin sitting at your datacenter pressing a fucking power button to relieve these server issues. I am a server admin myself and work for a fortune 500 company and I have NEVER came across a program who had this many issues with this much down time. If a program went down for this long, we would lose millions of dollars. You (Bosslands) should be thinking the same thing. Move your shit to the cloud so it can be easily accessible or learn how to fix the damn issues on the weekend. We are paying customers and we deserve at least that much.
