I askt this before "looks like it was easyer to ignore it" But ill gonna ask again,
we PAY for this service, and the latest week i mabey got it to work 2 out of 10 times.. "i done every change possible - reinstalled etc etc still not working " And i whant to know if were getting payed back for this issue HB seems to have?

like +1 week on our Montly payment? Cus this is getting highly annoying that we have to Baby sit a bot we payed for to acculy go away from computer?

Money is not an issue here, why do people always think it has to do with money? Servers, Internet and all do not have 100% uptime

Software has bugs, issues, downtime, It's what happens

Posting the same message over and over again will not resolve anything

Sincerely i dont think the money is an issue, the server needed to serv like an authentication server and to host the forum and the software itself it cost no more than 100 usd monthly, so i dontthink this is about money, i think it is about software dificulties, some crashes. or something like that.
