Authentication failed!

For some reason i am unable to log-into HB i get this error Authentication failed! i tried like 20 times but it won't work and it did work two days ago for me.

add an exception on your firewall and your antivirus

and give it 2-3 tries to auth
 
its a direct connection - after 4th time it worked - but now i get some different errors

I have the same problem, first time user here tho. But now I cant even logg in, the I use the one day key in the login field ye?
 
max sessions, Authentication failed. Good first time impression, glad I only payed for one day.

This has been going on for days with the reason "We are working on it"... its like a week long issue now with no resolution other than "update hb"
 
retrieve username password ?

Ive just reebooted my computer completely, is there any way to retrieve my username and password ? :) tried searching in my maill, but doesnt seem to have gotten any confirmation mails from honorbuddy.

user and pass for?
 
okay i have my key now.. but what should i put in the username? retepslein1 or my email?
 
as i already told ya,you need only the key

use it on first field and proceed
