Authentication failed

Hey guys I first wan't to start off by saying, I know there has been so many post about athentication failed. But it seems none of the post have a direct answer on why this is happening and how to fix it.

So please explain.

you guys need to be on Honorbuddy 2.5.6352.483 if you are on 482 then it will not work.
