Authentication failed!!!

oh my gosh i enter my key and i get "invalid product key" msg. "authentication failed" what the heck do i do? i paid for it

make sure you are using the correct key

yes i copy and past it from my email that you sent me

yes i verified that the code was correct from the email i got and also i logged into Log On - Buddy Auth Portal. the keys are exactly the same. i also turned off my fire wall and disabled my AV. still get the same msg

ok i got it to work finally. i deleted my anti virus, turned off my fire wall and deleted demon buddy. re-down loaded demon buddy and started over. it worked fine after that.
