Authentication failed

Hi guys,

I've rarely had a problem with honorbuddy. Well never had but since I've moved country for holiday I've not been able to login on my laptop :/ I keep getting a "Authentication failed!" error. The logs attached but unsure what the issue, because it keeps stalling on logging in. Theres no firewall issue or anything.

I've tried using the buddyauth.com and resetting password but the email wasn't sent to my email address which is a hotmail account. And I did check junk mail =((

Any help will be great thanks all - keep the good work up!

Hi there thanks for responding, its windows xp sp3 and net framework 3.5 sp1 is already installed. I decided to search prior to making the topic but couldnt find anything to help me :/ But this is anways the log I get while I try logging in and getting a failed authentication.

PROBLEM SOLVED! Sorry about the hassle. Solution to it was AVG firewall. Yes.. indeed /facepalm. Sorry about the thread and everything. But thanks again for the support. All I had to do was make it so that honorbuddy could access the internet lol.
