Ran it and still getting the same cycle of not authenticating.

Fixed the issue by downloading and using the Rebornbuddy x64/Directx 11 Version. No problems at all

Doesn't help the users who can't, need logs.

396 worked after installing .net 4.6.1
4.5/4.5.1/4.5.2 also still installed.
