Authentication Failed

I'm only making a thread because I have sent two emails now probably a week ago with no response. I paid for a lifetime pass for honorbuddy/gatherbuddy a while ago and it worked fine then. Now when I try to use it, it seems like it's not connecting. There's nothing in the logs and even the test account gives the same result. I tried disabling firewall, reinstalling, etc. and nothing's worked. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Edit: It appears to me that it's not even connecting with the authentication server. I tried with both test account and my lifetime account and get the same thing. This leads me to believe its a local problem, but it worked before and I've tried disabling firewall/av and still nothing.

it's not an isp problem. probably due to the new authentication method tho. however, i'll try it through my phones connection to test it anyways

everything is the same on our auth system

make sure port 5037 is available to sent / receive packets through your system and router.

if it's not, fix that.

if it is, isp issue
