Authentication failed!

When i work on one accounts work fine. when i log second account on next pc work 5-10 mins and see this problem

I pay for 4 key and cant use AB
its not my computers problem.
I reinstaled ab , format 4 computers , reinstaled windows 7 , change hdd and ssd , change network connection, change router, and still AUTHENTICATION FAILED If i use more than one accounts

i wrote to suport several times and no one answer me.
i wrote on forum topic and same history.

anyone have a solution ?

Hey so I'm not 100% sure. But make sure you do this.

Have all 4 codes applied to both computers. Archebuddy will occupy one code per account. So say pc 1 only has 2 codes but pc 2 has all 4. It is likely that pc 2 is occupying the codes pc 1 knows.

and 1 key = 1 allowed sesion

If you have one key or more copy this key 5-10 per computer and no Authentication Failed error.
