authentication failed

I bought a key, was working normally until the internet fell. When I reconnect the key I received on email no longer works.

Having exact same issue. Sessions being active even 10 minutes after the accounts were shut disconnected.

Go here:

https://www.buddyauth.com/User/Sessions

Login and check the boxes for currently active sessions and click 'Kill sessions'.

This has worked for me.
