Authentication Failed

Hi

I'm currently having a problem with honorbuddy when I start it I get an error message authentication failed and no box to put my key in, I have done a fresh install zip more than once but the error message still remains. I have had a new virgin superhub since not sure if that may cause any problems.
I am using 32bit with window mode and tried to run as administrator, I don't seem to have access to my buddy auth portal when I try to resend validation email I get "Could not find a user by that email address. Please correct the email address entered below. If you have not registered, please do so via the register link above"
So then I try to register to buddy auth portal and get "There is already an account registered with this email please choose a different one" how does this make any sense?

I have attached my log, hope you can help me get set back up.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
