Authentication Failed

I cannot log into GB. I am using my Shop Login. When I try to login to GB it tell me 'Authentication Failed!' Any suggestions?

yes I am having this same problem and came here to see wtf is going on its about the 4th or 5th time its happened and its getting my chars killed. I log in, its fine for a short amount of time then :

Stopping the bot!
Halts the bot without me knowing my char dies and I have to restart hb only for it not to work again 12 minutes later.

Good to know. I just signed up last night and I haven't been able to login at all. I was thinking that my user access hadn't been setup yet or something.

Yes its happened to me allot, yes you can restart hb (for me sometimes it fails to log in) then it will work for around 12-20 minutes and fail again. Yep im leveling up proffessions till its fixed

Stopping the bot!

This happens with a quite annoying frequency. Restarting the bot makes it work again, but not for very long.

Any estimation when this will be fixed?

Maybe this has something to do with the mesh downloading process. It happened twice in a row now, that it stopped working with an exception message while downloading meshes. I changed the meshfolder and it happened again.

It follows a certain pattern, it downloads a few meshes, than the above error occurs, than it continues to download meshed and and when the error occurs a second time the bot stops.

It downloaded a few other meshes with the error one time in between, but now it is done with path computation and runs ... we will see for how long.

Willbeblazin I think your having a separate issue. Have you ever been able to login since you've signed up for the account? If not are you sure you're using the correct password, are you trying to login with your shop account username/password or your forum/web password?

I've had this problem since the new verision came out, the previous version is still working good though.
