Authentication failed

Hi,
got the Key, entered the Key and the Authentication failed.

• I deactivated the software Firewall
• exception to my secruity stuff
• I opened the port in the router
• flushed DNS
• I rechecked the key at buddyauth.com
• no spacees in front or behind the key

perhaps the authenticationserver offline? Need help
