Authentication Failed?

Hello I have recently downloaded the newest version of the bot and I have bought the 1 euro trial for honorbuddy just to make sure it's working fully right now however I keep getting Authentication failed everytime I try to login. I have ran the bot before and I have downloaded all frame work and have never had a problem running it. Can anyone throw me some knowledge on this issue? Thanks for your time and your possible help!

Having the same issue, purchased 1 month. Authentication failed every time i attempt to log in. New to this, I hope someone is able to shed some light on the subject.

The log file bellow displays the same error message every time no variation, only change in the time and date. Pardon my ignorance but I've also found I can not connect to the buddyauth site, the connection just times out.
