I update my HB to a new version, and i can't login in HB.
I try several times, and try to much things, find in this forum to solve.
Like, fix host, exception in firewall and Karpersky AV, install a clean HB, i tried to update a old version and nothing.
I try to disable Karpersky and Firewall.... Nothing...
Just Authentication Failed.

I need some help to solve this.

Did the same.

Problem stills.
Reseted hosts, fresh reinstall, windows backup, anti-virus, firewall exceptions.
Nothing worked.
 
3 weeks ago bought a bot, for all the time never updated. Today I downloaded the link to the new patch, gives Authentication failed
anti-virus has disabled
hosts checked
Firewal disabled
 
Same problem here.
I try old and new hb, doest work. Reinstall (maybe 100 times), hosts reset, wow reistall, firewall disabled..
Nothing help.

Any admins looking into this problem? We could really use some help.
 
I guess server IP's have changed. I had same issue too, mine was resolved when I check PeerBlock which blocks new IP's. You should check your firewall's, IP blockers; anything that blocks data stream...
 
WoW just shut down with an error. And now i cant start the bot up agian.
 
Any Admin please help us?
I check all peerblocks and no one blocks nothing.
I disable all... and i don't know what have i do.
 
I have norton and have authentication failed at loggin. would like some help or an update
 
Been having the exact same problem when I'm using HB on my laptop. In my desktop it works great. I deleted the HB, installed a fresh copy but still the problem remains the same. I even copied/pasted the exact HB folder i use on my desktop, still nothing. Also, I tried with 2 different keys, same results however. I'd appreciate a solution.
 
Strange
Never seen this problem, I just did a fresh HB-install today and it worked flawlessly for me as yesterday.
