Step 1) Open a command prompt (Start -> Run, or Win Key + R, and type "cmd" then press Enter)
Step 2) Run the following commands, and record the output of them all.
tracert auth3.buddyauth.com
tracert auth2.buddyauth.com
tracert auth4.buddyauth.com
tracert buddyauth.com
Step 3) Attach these files to your support thread so that we can diagnose any actual network issues.
