Step 1) Open a command prompt (Start -> Run, or Win Key + R, and type "cmd" then press Enter)
Step 2) Run the following commands, and record the output of them all.


tracert auth3.buddyauth.com
tracert auth2.buddyauth.com
tracert auth4.buddyauth.com
tracert buddyauth.com

Step 3) Attach these files to your support thread so that we can diagnose any actual network issues.

got the same problem, i even dl again from the website the new bot but still stays

This test relese works for me. I had auth loggin problem whith the first test relese doh
 
Doesnt work either, are devs still on it or do we have to solve this problem ourself ? :/
