Let's try these things:

• Make certain Honorbuddy is an exception in your firewall
• Make certain Honorbuddy is an exception in your anti-virus
• Reset the Windoze hosts file
  How can I reset the Hosts file back to the default?

Show us a fresh log, if no joy.
