Hi, Bradz93,

It looks like your Honorbuddy installation is damaged. Let's do a "clean install" as described here:

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy​

As stated in the article, it is important for the clean install that you:

• Use a NEW directory in which to install Honorbuddy (e.g., C:/Honorbuddy/)
• Do NOT copy anything from a previous Honorbuddy installation
• Do NOT install any third-party products
• Disable the streaming of all products from the Buddy Store

Please leave it in this configuration until we get your problem sorted.

If no joy, please show us the full log from the clean install.
