Let's do a "clean install" as described here: Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy As stated in the article, it is important for the clean install that you: Use a NEW directory in which to install Honorbuddy (e.g., C:/Honorbuddy/) Do NOT copy anything from a previous Honorbuddy installation Do NOT install any third-party products Disable the streaming of all products from the Buddy Store How to disable streaming of Buddy Store products Please leave it in this configuration until we get your problem sorted.
