Authentication Failed Please Help

For a couple of days i have been getting this same error and i have restarted WoW and tried again and restarted my computer and downloaded HB again and i cant get it to work. Can someone please help?

Have you checked the store to make sure you ARE using the right User name and PW?
Did you let a friend use your botting account? If so he may still be logged on.
Are you using the latest update of HM 4075?
Are you on a normal WOW server as HB is not supported on Private servers.

IF not i have no idea bossland =P

I am using the right Username and pass
I let my friend use it once but hes not on
I downloaded the new one today
And yes im on a blizzard server-Zuljin

Last guess, have your friend restart his comp. Maybe GB still thinks hes logged in somehow.... if not hope someone can help =\

Or he is using the session and lying saying he is not.

Ahhhh, i called him and he had it pulled up but not online and i didnt know. Thanks for the help, much appreciated

Yeah haha. Ive been trying to log on for 3 days, i wanna punch him in the face
