" Authentication Failed " message

hey guys ..

as soon as i open honorbuddy.exe window of " Authentication Failed " appears !! even before putting the key

note : all that happen after i run the game and log in character i mean fully loged + 32bit & dx9

file log in attachment ( plz help me ) ...
