Authentication Failed: Max Sessions Used?

So I tried to log onto my DemonBuddy this morning and it logged in fine, but then crashed. When I tried to log again it said I had used the max sessions. I do not understand this for I purchased a full year of service for one account so I should be able to just use it whenever, right? Please help.

This always happens to me, sometimes i'm lucky and can reset it with ctrl + alt + del , most of the time I have to take the long route and restart.

If there is a quick fix can someone PLEASE enlighten me, i'm gonna rub my eyebrows off if it happens again.
 
Same issues here, went to buddyauth it shows no active sessions ,yet when I try to signin with my key it says max sessions.

make sure ythat you are registered on auth portal using the same email u used in checkout page
 
Now it just crashes, any idea why? I already logged into the authenticator shit.
