Authentication failed before can even enter my key

So I just reinstalled windows and never had this problem before but as soon as i click honorbuddy I get a pop-up saying authentication failed before I can even enter my key.

Ive tried: reinstalling, flushing my dns, resetting hosts file to default, allowing it in my firewall, I dont have antivirus installed yet and cannot figure out what else to do. log attached
