SooooOO! Still getting the stupid auth failed when i try to log in

The things ive tried:
added exceptions to firewall and antivirus
latest .net framework
added port
newest hb version
run wow as admin
run hb as admin
32 bit + direct x 9/11 + windowed

Any ideas?

may be probs with auth server this evening ?
 
there are no issues with the server

try a router restart and let me know

Im havig the same exact issue was working the other day and now with the new download i tried and keep getting Auth Failed i have 2 seperate keys one for my brother and one thats mine and both dont work and they are different.
 
BTW 1 question... WHAT THE HELL has the "OUR" router to do with YOUR Auth Server fail!!!!

Tony do you have skype or icq ? i have no msn and i have the same problem
 
Peer.Vers fixed it by redownloading HB and reinstalling net framework 4.0 and redist c++ 2010

(Look at his post in the german forum.)
 
same here.
i've logged in, then the message pops up there's a new update, installed it and since then i can't login...
i'm feeling trolled :)


Edit: Don't work if i reinstall .net 4.5 and C++ 2010 retri... Runs under Windows 8

I was planing to open new thread for this error since you have post it I will report here.

It's started with me from version .470 and keep failing with .472 & .473 can't log with those versions luck for me I kept the old version .465 that still working for me i can log with it but all newly released versions won't log me how hard I tried, I said maybe my anitvirus blocking something so i removed it still no good.

tried to auto update, auto update gives server error. i started to think the severs is blocking some IP's for some reasons will I really want this to fix soon please.

btw i reported this in release thread but what i saw they care less about this issue,
 
try to ping our servers plz

Open a command prompt
ping auth3.buddyauth.com
ping auth2.buddyauth.com
ping auth4.buddyauth.com
ping buddyauth.com

and let me know what you get
