Authenication Server - FAIL

First of all..

1. Im running the latest of DB/Trinity and what ever plugins i run,
2. I always do a fresh install before posting in support..
3. My DB computers DO NOT run any AV or have any firewall enabled..
4. I use NAT on my cisco routers (has always worked)

5. JUST TO ELIMINATE ANY NETWORKING ISSUE I RAN MY BOTTING PC DIRECTLY FACING THE INTERNET LAST NIGHT, NO ROUTERS NO FIREWALLS. I DEDICATED PUBLIC IP.
6. I also ran a tracert from 5 other PCs around Australia (my clients servers in different states)

@ 05:34:13 (UTC+9:30) your servers where non routable.

-This wont help but to prevent the quick easy way out support gives here is the log from last night.

This HAS been a ongoing issues since the authentications servers crashed..

Just because a server is routable in one part of the world dosnt mean it is in others.

I am network engineer by trade, And willing to help with more information if you need.

But if i get some BS reply with " Our servers are fine its your end " im going to pop a vein in my forehead

I also have this happening to me every night. From what I can see their servers are with OVH which are not really known for fantastic server either. But the weird thing is it happens to me around 4pm GMT+8. Could it be a server reset that happens everyday at the same time?

Hi Buddy,

The same shit happens to me since 2 Days ago.
I tries re-install DB, reboot my laptop, router, and even plug the wire directly to my laptop, but it still get disconnected in 10 mins.
And all what support I can get from this forum is this " Our servers are fine its your end " bull shit...
I will follow this thread and see what excuse they will use this time...
