Hi, MX2012,So.
Changed router, [size=+1]changed internet provider[/size], switched off all antivirus programs, reinstall network card settings and TCP/IP protocol - all time the same.
It not internet connection problem cause all time navigation server was reachable but bot lost connection with it or so.
What seems to be the cause of the trouble?
Are you by any chance running redundant connections to two different ISPs simultaneously? (If so, that is uncommon and very sophisticated.

Alas, this can also be a problem as Windows frequently doesn't handle this situation well. It finds two different paths to the same location, and gets 'confused' as to which should be used. This results in packet loss.
If you are running redundant ISPs, please shut one side down, and see if the problem goes away. If so, that will confirm its a Windows bug being aggravated.
