Auth server kicks bots off randomly

So I'm posting here because tony closed the other thread and said to post individual threads with logs attached.

Here's the log, I've tried on all gateways it happens on all, I'm not the only one with this issue btw, there have been dozens of posts in the last day, is anyone looking into this?

I don't know what the log will help when the auth servers are clearly the ones to blame kicking people at random time intervals even though our connections are fine.

All the logs from bots look the same, session invalid etc and kicks us off.

This issue has been present for about a week now but in the past 2 days its gotten much worse. Can we have some information on what's going on?

Also it happens on any vpn ip or home ip, doesn't matter, having pings in the background on multiple servers shows there's no timeouts or packet loss.

While I'm not involved in the Auth side of things, there seems to have been an auth issue today that was fixed almost exactly around that time. Sometimes, auth sesssions can be dropped when the server gets its update, so that's where that specific invalid session came from today.

But this keeps going constantly its not 1 time only...
 
Same here. Actually, I'm relieved. It would have been hell trying to find and fix a solution on my end, me not being a programmer.
 
How long are you gona ignore this problem?Still happening and will keep happening until some1 does something.....
 
EB seem to mess around with latency alot, no idea why, since i don`t know any bot for any game what so ever that would chance latency even 1ms, as buddy bots all use same auth servers but doesnt happen with - say HB

Just happened again just now, it's beginning to get seriously frustrating, maybe there are timeouts @ the auth server, could you increase the window before it kicks the bot off or something?

Next version will have some more logging of the actual error you're running into, but if you're having the issue over and over, it's most likely on your end. Are you using wireless by chance? Are you using a VPN or Proxy on the machine you're botting on? An unreliable connection could be the culprit.

Basically, auth server issues effect everyone in a particular region and we see a massive drop of sessions for all bots. It's pretty evident because the bigger bots are the most affected, since there's more users, and a lot more complaints when it happens. We'll know more with the logs for the next version, but there's nothing I can change with the Auth for the time being.

Whats different between now and 4 days ago?4 days ago i could run my bots 4 days straight without stopping(they were stopping only on full stash)Now all my bots have this fucking problem...Home ip,vpn,no vpn,different vpn,vmware,no vmware,fresh vmware doesnt matter the problem is one and the same and i'm rly getting pissed about that,since botting is my current only income of $ and you are saying that this will continue...I rly hope that you will find fix for this with the new version,cuz it can't continue like this!

Edit:All i know about this is that it started 3-4 days ago.Bots stop at random,sometimes all of them sometimes 1 or 2 max.Also they can bot for hours without problem,but at the end they still get the error sooner or later.

You should stop being that angry bro, the famous RegionSplit for Auth was not from pushedx but buddy team, (yes he's part of it but.... butts)
He's trying his best to fix this issue, trust me.
I'm running for 5 hours now. People that have this issue usually don't even dare to learn a bit of coding (even AHK/AIT) it's pretty easy to handle the disconnections with few lines of code (as a workaround ofc, it's temporary)

Anyway, that won't change :)

To be clear i'm not blaming him for anything at all.I know its not his sphere of work,but he was the one who FINALY responded to all those complains and i had to write this.I'm not botting for fun,if i was i wouldn't care.And i must say that my anger is directed to the buddy team,cuz the past few days it seemed that they dont give a fuck about that issue.If its not Pushedx idk what we would be doing.It may have sounded that i blame him,cuz english is not my native language.Sorry about that!

I can understand the servers have hiccups but somehow...
 
Beta #1162 (building now) contains some additional auth error logging. For anyone having session drops, please attach the full, unmodified log and I'll go over the logs with the auth team to see if any recent changes are causing the issue, or if a new issue has popped up.

EB does update and change a lot more frequently than any of the other bots, so if there is a new issue, we'd see it here first. For example, a recent auth update triggered a bug in the protection software that made EB unable to close properly on exit. As the issue was looked into for a few days, a bigger issue was noticed and subsequently fixed.

The logging messages should help identify why your session is dropping now more than before and we can look into changes if it's becoming more frequent.
