auth problem

bought a 3-mouth-session
but it said "Authentication failed. Maybe you have a session timeout or inserted a wrong Auth Key?"
btw i have shuted down the firewall
i can see my key in auth centre as unused key
what should i do

unused key?? yeah talk to support i think. I would also try killing session just incase thats it because I sometimes get that issue but never had unused/inactive key.

Shut Pokefarmer down > Log into buddyauth.com > In the top right corner select region and click best latency > Then go to sessions tab and kill any sessions > Re-Start your PokeFarmer > Open Pokefarmer Settings > Authentication Tab > Copy your key from buddyauth.com under keys tab > Select your log in mode Google/ptc and you should be good to go... If it happens again just kill the session.
