Auth key not showing up help pls

so i been here fairly long enough. and im not retarded. but when i bought a demonbuddy key my honorbuddy WONT show up on my auth key lists to stop it when i need to reset HB.. and idk what to do.. like can someone please help me.. ive already registerd and it was PERFECTLY fine till i bought my Demonbuddy key and stuff...
helop me please
oh yeah i didnt know where to post this at in wich section.. sorry if its a hassle guys

Send an email to [email protected] including the missing key if you have it. Otherwise the Transaction ID from when you bought it. Same thing happened to me, but apperently HB crew are in complete denial that this is happening to people. Good luck.
