Auth Failure on 1 year key 24 hours after purchase? help

Hi i sent a e-mail about 4 hours ago to your support team.

I purchased a key for 15 euros for a years usage, I get the error of Auth Failure? are the servers down or have i been sent a one day pass by mistake?
