Bought this DB last night cause I've been told it's such a "Great" tool.. Well as soon as I bought and go to load it.. Auth fails instantly. I open a ticket and give all the information in the ticket, wake up this morning too an email saying I need to open it on a thread... so needless to say if this doesn't get resolved FAST! I'll be asking paypal for a refund. The run around is just not called for when I open a ticket give you the key and tell you that Auth is failing, and that I have 0 active sessions to kill because I just bought the thing a hour before opening the ticket. I really expected to have this resolved by now.. it's been almost 12hrs since purchasing and got 0 use out of it.
