For those whining, if you're truly upset go take programming courses if you aren't fluent in coding/server management and HELP Tony instead of constantly whining.
If you don't feel like that, patiently wait. Has it been a long time since the bot was up for a straight week? It may seem that way. However getting upset doesn't speed up the process.

I can confirm this problem, though at this point it probably doesn't need any further confirmation. Hope you can find and solve the issues soon guys.
 
... this issue is really getting frustrating now, everyday at around the same time, guess I should be *grateful* it was working yesterday afternoon.
 
I was just kicked off of HB due to authentication issues. It looks like I won't be leveling my Pally with Cava's questing profiles during the perfect time.
I hope you devs get this authentication issue worked out with the server. The bot has improved a lot within the past few weeks and it's a shame that server issues is what is preventing people from using your amazing product.

are you serious? stop taking new subscriptions if you cant provide the service to the people that have "i use this term loosely" supported you for a long time...

I cant believe it...SHIT service from a bunch of amateur administrators, this service should be free if you are continually using your user base to test...
 
I think they should tell if there will become more major issues with HB.
And if they continue they should inform their users and then think if its possible for em to keep this bot running, or they should shut it down cause this isnt the solution, where it works half of the time for a life time user.. Yeah sorry i bought a Life time using thing. that works half of the time.. other places, u can get a refund or another product..
 
there really needs to be a backup auth server in place, or else more and more people are going to use a more reliable *****ED honorbuddy
 
Its not QQing its only our right to ask whats happend we bought the services and not all time down time without any post form admin or somethings about this problem and when anyone post its only: sorry we have a problem and try to fix it soon, nice infos yeah yeah.
 
where were you guys when they have fixed the servers?

Edit: I've been with HB for ages, and I think I can safely say they have a 99.7% uptime on their service.
 
It's time for new server or stop taking new customers because seems like this bot is down daily and alot of the time when it crashes the bot will start flying around in circles and getting reported for obvious bot behavior.

These people are taking on new subscriptions hand over fist...though with little to no thought on can their current server environment maintain or sustain even the existing user base.
 
Just wondering, is it possible to setup the bot so it runs on some sort of client side authentication, besides server side? Would eliminate this sort of problem im assuming, which is because of the auth servers being down, i'm not totally sure how you security is setup, or if you would beable to make it work client side, just tossing an idea out there... Sure you have probably already thought of this.

Your product is awesome besides all this, and i hope you guys figure it out soon and make this an issue of the past

this is perfect timeing for me anyway. i need to get to bed. been playing/botting for atleast 20 hours straight
 
and its tuesday, which is money day we all know that..and im a day walker so the timing sucks

If I was a programmer, do you think I was going to buy HB? Not really.. but thats why you pay for a product... I dont mind having errors now and then, but the authentication problems are going through a very long time now.. It sometimes works, but it has problems..

Im not negative in anyway but when I sell a product and it doesnt work, people expect a solution.

So I really hope things get solved soon..
 
if it is whining when you work all day, come home and there is nothing but one issue or another for that last 2 months then I will whine like the best of them.
you cant use this product as they are selling it, I hope they are honest and transparent on the sales page to say that this is currently susceptible to many many bugs, crashes daily, cant handle the number of uses subscribing to this product, has poorly maintained hardware, the whining goes on, perhaps if you mentioned this when you are taking the new MoP people's money they wouldnt sign up, and all the original users may actually get to enjoy this once great product, if you think it has been great since MoP, I believe you are delusional.
