Auth Failed ....

I started hb and wow normaly like the other ones before 5.0.4 i just download the new Honorbuddy 2.5.6175.414 yesterday and try it some minutes and today i cant login (with my normal key like yesterday) everytime there is auth failed.

i dont know whats going on mhh
 
ok if you nedd some information around my buddyauth.com account or around my key ask me pls :)
 
ok i tryed the old version of hb (5999) and there comes also auth failed but in my buddyauth.com there is my key with 3sessions but i cant login into HB with my key
 
I have the same problem ...
3 Sessions, but on the old HB auth failed and on the newest version auth failed too.
 
Same problem here, but with demonbuddy on d3. Had several auth failures "max session" and then I finally got it to log-in after about a dozen tries.

EDIT: Even after logging in I haven't been able to get DB to run profiles correctly anymore.

make sure that there is nothing on your system that blocks Hb (firewall/antivirus)
are you on a normal network?

also whats the exact error you get?

Tony, it appears that I'm having some difficulty logging in as well. I continue to get an Auth Failed message, and it shows that I have 0/0 licenses, even though I purchased a lifetime version with 3 licenses. I even triple checked my login and password, which is correct. I'm not really bothering with trying to log in to the old HB versions, but I do know that I could log into them at the time using the same login credentials. I can't even get a log file for you. It flat out refuses to log in.

Copy/Paste from the HB screen:

I agree with you, Tony, but I'm using the exact same login information that I was using on all previous versions of HB. I've never changed them. I checked the spelling and everything. I tried more than four times, ensuring it's not the wrong name and password.

If there's somewhere I can change this, then let me know, and I'll try changing them. Right now I'm sitting at buddyauth.com, logged in, and I'll go to the change password link there and see if that works.

Edit: I suppose the login information was just stuck within the "system" somewhere. I changed my password in the buddyauth.com site, and then tried with my new password (really the same password that I've been using) and it's working now. So, basically I just forced the system to recognize my password by "changing" it, so to speak.
