I got an error message it was looking for a CS file on Jims desktop, who the hell is Jim?

C:users/Jim/Desktop/Buddy/auth something .CS

And still who is Jim and why was my HB sudenly trying to load something from his desktop?

I was Having this Issue this morning around 7Am Central US Time. but just tried it at 9 am Central US Time and it is working much better.

Hello,

I purchased the Product 2 days ago. and i was not able to login until now. Authentication error ;(

that's really strange Process ;( inside the Buddy auth Portal i see my Key. so i tryed 2 different Credentials.

1: Username from Buddy Auth Portal + the Key
2: Username from Buddy Auth Portal + the Password of Budy Auth Portal.

Error:

1: Invalid Account Details
2: Please purcahse a Buddy Product

So something is wrong here. i have an active Key but i'am not able to use it ;8

i don't find any infos for a "support e-mail". may any help here? because i would start opening a Paypal Incident if i have no Solution ;(

Madmax. You have to enter your key into the username. Leave the password field blank. If you are copy and pasting the key make sure your not leaving a space at the end.

next error: you have not selected a valid instance of Wow to attach to! ?

i could not choose anything.

Buttons are greyed out ant the scroll down is empty.

does this App search only in a specified Folder?

You Need to have your char ingame before starting Honorbuddy.
