AUTH FAILED EVEN WITH NEW TEST hb 1.9.6.3

hey guys so Ive been getting auth failed for 2 days straight now and its not going away no matter what i do so can some one please help me figure this out? heres my log for the new test version.

I've got the same issue dude i've made a post and sent 2 pm's about it and i cant seem to get any help.

Im running 3-6 bots all the time now mate, not having a single auth issue here.
 
No im running 1.9.6.2 seems most stable HB atm, but am running latest GB.
 
Yeah i'm getting the same problem won't allow me to log in just says authentication failed
 
I can't keep replying to the same post from 802352398 different users.

Just keep attempting to login, eventually the request will go through.

We're dealing with a DDoS attack at the moment, so some requests ARE being dropped completely, in order to keep the server online. You need to bear with us until the attack finally ends. (No timeframe obviously)
 
alright so all we can do for now is keep hitting the login i button correct? and hope it logins us in?

Maybe your password is wrong? have you tried it with the test thing? (have to be under level 20).

Do you have a firewall enabled - if so try it with it disabled/properly configured.
 
Both.

I can log into the website no problem.

No firewall problems. Nothing else has changed.
 
you can log into the shop site without problems or the forums?
 
No problems at all. I've logged into both over the past 2 days just to test and it's no problem.

Just the client itself simply doesnt work authenticate at all, no matter how much i try it.
 
This is from the store this morning - " Alert
Last successful login was on 29.09.2010 12:06 PM from... "
 
Day 4 of no logging in and getting authorization failed for me getting a little annoyed but i will give it a few more days.
