Is the problem I get.. and i am sure i have paid. I am nearly sure that someone encountered this problem also.. so I wonder if anyone can help me fix it

I'm also running into the exact same problem. I've been trying to find another thread on this issue if there is one but i have yet to besides this post. If someone knows of a main thread please link so i can keep updated on whats going on. Thanks

Use the key from your email you received as the username and leave the password blank!
