AuctionItem object expires after some time

Why are AuctionItem objects expiring after some time?

Error:

System.Runtime.Remoting.RemotingException: Object '/66953adb_2836_4280_8ed1_ce19c80996ed/yvno88wqwh45hczxwcmaoqgx_14103.rem' has been disconnected or does not exist at the server.    at ArcheBuddy.Bot.Classes.AuctionItem.get_uniqId()

Can I renew the lease somehow?

EDIT: re-requesting the data solves the issue (most of the time) l
