While the farm bots gather TONS of raw mats and DEables and flood the market making prices crash, your AH bot can basically SET the average market prices.

For example Saronite ore.... highly farmable, cheap as hell
approx 12-14g per stack on my server.
Set AH bot to post at 22g per stack and buy out ALL undercutters
You are now the cheapest on the AH at all times, at the beginning it will take a lil bit to set in, but after establishing **your** prices you will make almost double of what you would have if not for your AH bot.

Multiply this by how ever many items you are monitoring .... cha ching!

This addon/ whatever it will be is going to be the highest income bot you will ever see period

Stable-ising the economy your personal way... thanks for your hard work, donations are a for sure!

***edit... oh yea and you can do this with a lvl 1 toon! no more BS lvling toons just for farming! account ban... lol blow me blizz you can make enough money in gold in 6 hours to buy a new account!

Say there is 100 stacks of saronite ore on the AH though as an example, you undercut and buy them all out, you then repost those 100 stacks on saronite on one character? wont that get you banned quick?
If your going to buy out everything then repost it your just gonna have pages and pages full of the same character name selling the same shit, reporting 101.
Might be differen't spread over a few characters on one account though.

Unless you do hundreds of thousands of stacks it wont be trackable or bannable, people and I do mean alot of people make all their gold by manually AH running and doing the exact same thing, therefore blizz will not be able to track it unless you are online tons and tons of hours, my friend ran the AH legitimately for about 8 hours a day straight and made about 140k gold in 3 weeks.

Now I dont know the market on selling gold as I havent yet (but soon will) but you should in theory be able to make at least a 4:1 ratio of cash to account expenditures if running this on a normal pre-bc account for 15$
 
Myself included. When I first started gold farming I did all my farming by hand for 15-17 hours a day. posted probably hundreds of stacks of stuff per day and never got banned for that reason. Like I stated before imo this would be the least detectable because of the volume of people in the auction-house and it isn't necessarily uncommon for someone to spend 6 hours on the ah.

Your logic is flawed. You will run out of money if you do this strategy. Why? Cause people will post at 21g99s99c and you will buy them out. Then you list at 22g, which after 5% sale fee turns into 20g9s, a net loss of 1g9s per stack of saronite ore you sell.
 
I've been developing my own stand alone ah bot from scratch.atm its only a frontend to QA3 but once I get it done not only will it be able to play the AH but it will attempt to detect and 'play' other AH bots ;)

just an FYI Blizz has rules that they don't interfere with the AH i have used glider to buy the stuff that people tried to trade between Alliance and horde for relay cheep i had hundreds of people report me i got so many /w of people swearing and saying they where reporting me it was funny and i ever never got 1 GM /w i did this 24/7 for weeks it got to the point i had to keep changing toons as people would wait till i was off line to trade i even held items for ransom and bribes to not buy there item

yup a blue posted on the forums saying that there is nothing wrong with swiping because they specifically said anything is fair game when it hits the AH.

Okay but I guess you must have missed the part about all of my other stacks of saronite... I can farm 500 stacks of saronite ore (give or take) between my herb/mining bots a day, at 9 g each thats 4500g. Now if you had bot raped the prices to 22g thats now 11000... still seems like my theory would be good
 
rezzing a dead topic? Anyway... I posted a blog about updates to this project. For those who don't feel like reading, I have gotten two people to help with this project and hopefully between the three of us we can release a beta sooner than expected.

Any ways, This would be a GREAT plugin!!! i would donate! I was doing this over the summer by hand and it took too much time... this plugin will change that :P !!
